Nireekshana Orphanage

When 

November of 2004 Rev Dake Brenham opened the Nireekshana Children’s Home which started with just 9 children, now, there are 35 children in our care.

Who

“Let the children of Nireekshana know they are not forgotten. There are 35 children in our care , we need some friends to raise some support for this orphanage. Let's put smiles on faces and make those eyes shine brightly”.

Nireekshana provides a safe environment housing, feeding and educating orphans who were destitute, have been neglected by those around them, without any of the things we all take for granted - affection, love, a home or education. These children have suffered from hunger, poverty and extreme loneliness.

Why

'Nireekshana' means ‘hope’

We believe that no child should be born without hope, and we shall ensure that they will receive the support, safety and love that they have so sorely lacked.

Our mission is to help orphans and the less fortunate by giving, of ourselves and sharing the talents we have been blessed with and so to demonstrate the love of Christ with the disadvantaged, marginalized or troubled, we have a particular calling in the area of caring for children who had been starved of food, love and ‘human interaction’. Children who suffered abuse and being orphaned.
